Issues entering numbers with a Samsung phone - When he was trying to input any numeric value the keypad for entering numbers would appear briefly then disappear. So he could not fill in any number values, whether it be temp, hours, run time etc.
AnsweredThis is because the Show and Hide button is enabled for the navigation bar. Try turning it on the navigation bar and entering numbers. It should work :)
